Spawned-Out Salmon, Fiscus Creek, Olympia, Washington

The bodies of spawned-out salmon lie in Fiscus Creek near Olympia, Washington. After spending several years in the Pacific Ocean, salmon return to the freshwater rivers and streams where they were hatched to reproduce. They die after they spawn.
